Absolutely! Since many of our products at Zweig & Faden – such as our muslin cloths or macrame work – are made in our own workshop, individual requests are our specialty. Whether it's a special color combination or an embroidered name: simply write to us using the contact form or visit us directly at our shop in Frankenhardt Town Hall. We'd be happy to discuss your desired project with you!

For our standard products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days naturally applies. You can therefore return them without stating a reason.
Important: Please note that products that we have specially manufactured or personalized according to your wishes are excluded from exchange and withdrawal. The same applies to textiles that have already been worn, for hygiene reasons.

We usually process your order within 1–3 business days. Since we have our own postal partner branch directly in-house, your packages go straight to shipping without detours.

Within Germany: Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.
Personalized Customizations: For these, we estimate approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the effort involved. You can check the exact status at any time via the tracking link that we send to you by email.

Our private labels are created with great attention to detail directly in Frankenhardt. In our workshop at Schulstraße 2, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern designs. The tailoring shop is also only two towns "away". We place great importance on sustainability and source our raw materials, wherever possible, from regional or certified partners. Handmade "Made in Germany" after all!

Click & Collect: If you are from the region (e.g., Aalen, Crailsheim, or Frankenhardt), you can also simply pick up your order free of charge at our store. To do this, simply select "Pickup" at checkout.
